Abstract Guidelines

Abstracts must be submitted online.
The last date for abstract submission is 30^th April
Oral Abstract should be structured under the following subheadings: Objective, Method, Result, Conclusion. The word limit is 500 words.
E- Poster abstracts should be made into a single powerpoint presentation slide (landscape mode) and uploaded

Completing Your Submission :

If you have not completed all required sections and details you will not be able to submit your abstract. When all required information is entered, the "Submit" button will appear at the bottom, please click to submit your abstract.

Notifications :

Notifications of abstract decisions will be sent on 15^th May,2025
Accepted abstracts may be presented in the following ways, the decision of the scientific committee will be final.

Oral Presentation :

The abstract authors are allocated 8 minutes for their presentation (of no more than 5 slides), plus 2 minutes for discussion.

E-Poster Presentation :

Selected E posters will be displayed at one of the main area of the conference. It allows the author to meet delegates interested in their research, discuss any comments and answer questions on their work. Judges shall also be marking the posters, timings for which shall be sent after the papers have been selected for presentation.
